This decision is part of the Group\u2019s strategy to move toward unified, cross-functional management, with the goal of leveraging synergies, improving operational efficiency, and offering customers comprehensive solutions with greater added value. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Operational synergies to improve efficiency<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antonio\u2019s experience in coordinating domestic and international transportation operations, combined with his knowledge of the market and the teams, will enable the Transportation and Logistics divisions to work more closely together. This integration will facilitate better resource planning, the optimization of supply chain processes, and a more agile response to the challenges of a rapidly changing industry. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Javier Lafuente, CEO of PANTOJA Grupo Log\u00edstico, highlighted the significance of this step: \u201cThis move strengthens our business model, which is based on collaboration between divisions and the constant pursuit of efficiency.
